Directly cleaning the conveyor can easily tear the sponge roller.

Secondly, during the cleaning and conveying process, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the insulating glass on the conveyor belt. If the glass is not placed stably, it is prone to fall during conveying, causing the glass to break and injuring the operator.

Thirdly, when applying the adhesive, it should be uniform. Butyl adhesive needs to be applied to the aluminum spacers of insulating glass equipment. During the application, it is necessary to ensure uniformity and comprehensiveness. After the adhesive is applied, it should be flat without any leakage or burrs. To ensure the bonding effect between the aluminum strip and the glass, it is recommended to use butyl glue, and no dust or debris should be present on the aluminum spacer strip.

Fourth, the application of two-component sealant for insulating glass equipment should be robust. Special attention should be paid to the uniformity of the application at the corners, as this is conducive to preventing air leakage.
